Pagani Zonda R - Nurburgring lap Record

Last week we had Tommi Makinen in a 2011 Subaru Impreza STi. This week's must-see and considerably faster lap of the Green Hell is the lap record from the Pagani Zonda R, of a staggering 6:47.5s! It's super speedy, super scary stuff, particularly the roadworks at the terrifyingly-fast-and technical downhill left hander, approached at very high speed, Schwedenkreuz! But it's no wonder they set the record: Conditions, one evening in July 2010, were perfect and they had booked one of the best modern Ring racers, Marc Basseng, who has won the 24Hr here with Manthey Motors.
