Gulf race car collection unveiled in Paris
Hamilton & Co. chairman, Duncan Hamilton, has created a stunning collection of Gulf-livery race cars – arguably one of the best for years, from the company that has been trading such cars for over 45 years now. The collection contains no less than 14 of the most well-known and well-liked race cars to compete in the infamous Gulf colours from 1967 to 2010 – including, the first Gulf-liveried car to run Le Mans, the 1967 Mirage, 1968 Ford GT40, Porsche 917 & 908/3, McLaren M14, M20 and F1 GTR "Longtail," Aston Martin DBR9 and LMP1 and, most recently, the 2010 GT2 Lamborghini Gallardo.
