Beat The Winter Blues at Ascari With RSR Nurburg

Road friends from the Nurburgring, RSR Nurburg (http://www.rsrnurburg.com) have come up with a great way to beat the Winter blues – by taking a two-day Group C blast around the amazing Ascari Race Resort this December. Customers can experience the combination of downforce, grip and race engineering on the world famous Ascari Track in PRC (Pedrazza Racing Cars) BMW Group C's with 360PS and a Hewland 5-speed sequential gearbox, as used in Sportscar Challenge and Hill Climb Racing. The package starts with driving three sets of five laps following an experienced instructor on the Ascari Race Resort in a Lotus Elise to get used to the track and its distinctive features (more laps are available on demand). Then you will receive intensive explanation on the Group C Cars, have your seating arrangement in the car checked and full training by the team at Seibold Auto Sport, with the former European Champion Alexander Seibold who will also be sharing his experience with you all day. You then get 70 glorious minutes over the two days piloting the amazing Group C cars. The event is aimed at experienced track hounds, with no medical problems, and up to code racewear is required. The event takes place on the 10th and 11th of December 2011 and there are very limited numbers, on a first come, first served basis. The package price is 3,450 Euros (and excludes VAT, local taxes, hotels and travel costs). And RSR have laid on a special rate at the nearby five Star Kempinski Estepona hotel from 125 Euros (single) and 145 Euros (double + 8%VAT.).
