The Dakar Rally, starting on New Year's Day, is one of the world's greatest motorsport events. Now MINI are having a go, with not one, but five jacked-up, slightly crazy looking, but no doubt very effective and powerful MINI ALL4 Racing cars. The experienced crews are determined to tackle the 14-stage, 8000+ kilometre (5,592-miles) challenge Dakar Rally from Argentina to the finish in Lima, Peru in 2012.
